Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns if received within 15 days of delivery. Simply follow the instructions below, or reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Our policy lasts 15 days of delivery date. We do not offer refunds past 30 days after purchase. All Sale, custom, and select home items are final sale. Home items will clearly state final sale on the product page.
Shipping for Returns
At this time, we do not offer return labels but hope to in the future.
Email us at email@example.com to initiate your return and to get instructions on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging, if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will be reviewed for a partial refund or denied.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm your refund status.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, less shipping cost. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. You may then re-order the correct item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take up to 7 business day's before your refund officially posts. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your refund after 7 business days.
Please note: We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance
